In Conversation with Ross Coneybeare

Each week Ross Coneybeare will chat with one of our elected officials.  He might chat with our Member of Parliament, a local Mayor, the CEO of the County, our Provincial Member of Parliament, the head of Tourism.

Hard Rock with Les King

During this show you’ll hear some rock that you likely won’t hear throughout the rest of the programming day.  This show will include hard rock from new bands in the 2000s such as Linkin Park and Puddle of Mudd, bands from the 90s such as The Offspring and Filter and some good old classic hard rock from the 1970s and 1980s such as Metallica and AC/DC.  The show will include latest in rock news.  Sometimes we’ll take requests.  Sometimes we’ll have a listen to hard rock bands from around the world.  Sometimes we’ll hook up with a local hard rock band and check them out as well.  No matter what, it will always be good music and a lot of fun.  Join in from 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM on Mondays with your host, Les King.

The Journey Together/Retired & Inspired/Sit Down Stand Out

The Journey Together airs the first and third Tuesday of each month. The Journey Together is a show about growing and working together in an inter-generational context, within the communities of Haliburton County. Exploring, inquiring and planning positive, enriched experiences for our community life together. The show will have an eclectic mixture of hosts and topics, touching on things like housing models in the county, medical options and needs, intergenerational opportunities, seniors issues and more…

On the second Tuesday of each month you will hear Retired and Inspired with host Heather Sargent and sundry guests.
