Canoe FM is pleased to be able to bring to you a new program about our Indigenous People. Your host for this program will be Larry O’Connor.Be sure to tune in the last Wednesday night of every month at 6:00pm ( or the following Friday at 11:00 am) to hear “Tales from the Big Canoe” on Canoe FM for a program that includes interviews with Indigenous persons from every walk of life.

 

This program will help you the listeners to better understand accomplishments and challenges facing Canada’s Indigenous people.You can expect to hear from Indigenous Artists bringing contemporary, modern and traditional music. Since LARRY is a Métis person, don’t be to surprised if the program features Métis fiddle music that will make you tap your toes and want to play the spoons."
