Subject: Advance Voting Poll – October 10, 2026 at the SG Nesbitt Community Centre
The Advance Voting Poll (in-person) is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the S.G. Nesbitt Community Centre (55 Parkside St. – Upper Level).
The 2026 Township of Minden Hills Municipal & School Board Election offers 3 Ways to Vote: online, telephone or paper ballot. The voting period opens on October 10, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. until October 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. Anytime during this period, you can cast your vote online or vote by telephone.
To vote with paper ballot you will need to attend in person to the Advance Poll on Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or on Election Day Monday, October 26, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Both the Advanced Poll and Election Day will be held at the S.G. Nesbitt Community Centre (55 Parkside St. – Upper Level).
If you are planning to vote in person, please bring your Voter Information Letter and your identification.
Did not receive a Voter Information Letter? Electors who have not received, or do not have their Voter Information Letter will need to contact our Voter Information Centre to have a letter reissued. Note the elector will need to provide identification, proof of residency (including seasonal) in Minden Hills (ie tax bill) and complete an oath in person at the office, the Advanced Poll (October 10) or on Election Day (October 26).
The Voter Information Centre is available to support electors Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Tuesdays until 6 p.m. at the Administration Office (7 Milne St., Minden) until October 20, 2026.
