WOW! These sound fantastic!
I love the background music. It helps to create a feeling of tranquility and also in some way keeps me focused on the audio.
Your voice is clear. Your varied tone is interesting and engaging. The speed at which you talk is good and understandable. And I can hear the smile in your voice.
The instructions are very clear, which is quite a feat without a visual for something this physical. There is only one instruction that I don’t get, and to be honest I don’t get it when I see it, and that is the fist under the chin. Is the fist supposed to touch the collar bone as well as the chin? I don’t think so – that would align the head downward.
I like how you clearly explain in advance the three part structure of the practice, and how many times you will repeat, and how you give listeners the option of joining you or just listening to the ohm. And how you keep reminding people to only do what is comfortable for them. This makes the whole thing very accessible to people who don’t currently practice yoga.
And I like your message of compassion at the end. I can’t remember now if it is on both, or just the second one which I just finished listening to.
So kudos! You have done a wonderful job, and it is so nice to have this in Haliburton. Thank you.
