We are encouraging the residents of Haliburton County to have Canoe FM help you promote your events. There are four ways that we can assist you in your events promotion:
If you have a Not for Profit arts event, you can submit it to Artsweek Calendar and it will be included in the Artsweek Calendar program that is recorded and aired weekly on Canoe FM.

All other Not for Profit events can be submitted to Highlands Happenings and they will be included in the Highlands Happenings program that is recorded and aired weekly on Canoe FM.

Public Service Announcements
Canoe FM is also happy to read Public Service Announcements throughout the day over the air for events that are sponsored by: Registered Not for Profits, recognized service clubs and property owners associations, local governments and committees.

Community Events Calendar
You can have your events uploaded onto our Community Events Calendar. You do this by clicking on this link Community Calendar and clicking on the “post your event” button on the top right corner of the page. Complete the form and submit it. Your information will then be recorded in Canoe FM’s Community Events Calendar.
Other individual announcements such as lost and found items, are subject to the approval of the Station Manager or Designate. Please send your announcement to firstname.lastname@example.org.
